With over 35 years of experience in the industry, we are India's first BIS licensee for Flame Retardant (FR) clothing and high-visibility (Hi-Vis) workwear for many applications. Our products conform to IS (Indian Standards) 15809, 15748 and European EN ISO 20471, 11612 standards. We serve sectors like oil & gas, cement, metal, aviation, sea ports, logistics & warehousing and more. We also customise safety jackets with premium reflective tapes (e.g., 3M Scotchlite) and support client branding. As we expand our marketing footprint, we are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence, lead generation and support our growth. Role Overview As a Marketing Executive at INLIGHT, you will support our marketing team in building awareness of our safety-wear brand, generating leads, and managing offline marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career, passionate about B2B marketing in a safety & industrial-products context, and eager to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities 1. Events, Exhibitions & Trade Shows Assist in planning, organising, and executing INLIGHT's participation in industrial trade fairs, safety expos, and on-site demonstrations . Coordinate with organisers, booth designers, printers, and logistics partners for timely delivery and setup. Ensure effective display of product samples, promotional materials, and branding elements at the venue. Interact with visitors, collect inquiries, and coordinate follow-up with sales teams after the event. Maintain event records, leads collected, and post-event reports. 2. Dealer & Distributor Marketing Support Support dealers and distributors with printed marketing materials, product catalogues, banners, and display stands. Track the distribution of marketing materials and ensure uniform brand presentation across all partner outlets. 3. Market Research & Competitor Mapping Visit market locations, industrial hubs, and distributors to collect information about competitor products, pricing, and promotions . Share field insights with the marketing and sales teams for strategic planning. Observe customer preferences and gather feedback for continuous product and brand improvement. 4. Coordination & Administration Maintain marketing activity calendars, budgets, and vendor lists. Support internal communication between marketing, production, and sales teams. Required Skills & Qualifications 02 years of experience (including internships) in offline marketing, field promotion, event management, or BTL activities . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus). Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with clients, contractors, and end users in industrial environments. Willingness to travel for field activations, exhibitions, and client events. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reports and planning. A self-starter with energy, curiosity, and accountability.
