s based in Mumbai and requires a min of 2 years work experience


We are seeking a proactive Officer Admin & HR Manager to lead our administrative and human resource functions. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing HR activities, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Management:

  • Oversee office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Organize company events and meetings.
  1. Human Resources Management:

  • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
  1. Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts.
  • Organize training and development programs.
  1. Compliance and Reporting:


  • Prepare HR and admin reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

  • Creating and building employee moral and office culture and team building 
  • Managing guest relations and visitors 
  • Handling and maintaining all inventory , cleanliness and office decorum 
  •  Meeting requests and email replies
  • Managing queries of employees and also perfoming review sessions
  • Organising training for the employees
  • Sound board for employees with questions and always want to problem solve


Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in word , excel
  • must be a multitasker and fluent in english
  • must be based in mumbai
  • prior work experience as a admin role is a must
