Position Overview

The Content Marketing Manager will lead content strategy and execution for a leading innovator in the smart hospitality industry. The position involves creating and managing content to promote the company’s AI-powered, cloud-native platform and IoT solutions, which transform operations and guest experiences for hotels, short-term rentals, and multi-family properties. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy to promote the company’s AI-powered platform and IoT solutions
• Create high-quality, engaging content across channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content aligned with marketing goals and industry trends
• Oversee social media content strategy, driving audience growth and engagement while collaborating with the marketing team on paid campaigns
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify content opportunities and position the company as a thought leader in smart hospitality
• Optimize content for SEO to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the company’s website and digital assets
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools, generating reports and insights to refine strategies and maximize impact
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to create content that supports product launches, customer onboarding, and lead generation
• Manage relationships with external vendors, such as freelance writers, graphic designers, or agencies, to scale content production as needed
• Stay updated on AI, IoT, and hospitality industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and innovative

Required Skills
