Job Overview:

The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company. This individual will oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns. Aa a Marketing and Communications Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness, promote products or services, and drive engagement. This role involves leading communication efforts, managing content creation, overseeing marketing campaigns, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include crafting compelling messaging, managing public relations, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing strategies

  : Create and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, and to achieve organizational goals

• Managing content

  : Develop and manage content for the organization's website, social media, and other channels

• Collaborating with others

  : Work with sales, public relations, product development, and other stakeholders

• Tracking performance

  : Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, events, and communication programs

• Ensuring brand guidelines

  : Develop brand guidelines and templates, and ensure adherence of content to the guidelines

• Pitching stories

  : Pitch story ideas to local, regional, and national media outlets

• Managing events

  : Organize customer and employee events

• Supporting community outreach

  : Support community outreach and engagement

Skills and Qualifications:

• Post graduation in Marketing / Communication / Media
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously/multi-tasking
• Experience of 15 plus years
