Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Communications Manager at our Mawal location, Pune. The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans, creating and distributing press releases, overseeing marketing communications, and managing various projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating engaging content, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies to reach new audiences, drive bookings, and increase brand awareness.

2. Create and curate engaging content (written, visual, video) for various channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and print materials.

3. Manage social media presence, including content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement metrics.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and programming, to ensure aligned messaging and promotional efforts.

5. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated email sequences.

6. Analyse and report on marketing metrics, including website analytics, social media engagement, and email open rates.

7. Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, including media outlets, influencers, and wellness industry partners.

8. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

2. Minimum 5 plus years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.

3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

4. Excellent communication and project management skills.

5. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, email marketing software, and social media management tools.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

7. Passion for wellness and commitment to promoting holistic well-being.

8. Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.

9 Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.

10. Certification in marketing, wellness, or a related field.

11. Familiarity with design and video editing software.
