Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Wellness Manager based in Lonavala. The Wellness Manager will oversee the development and implementation of wellness programs, ensure high levels of customer service, and maintain guests wellness standards. Daily tasks include managing wellness schedules, coordinating wellness consultations, planning and executing wellness events and activities, and managing the budget for wellness programs. Additionally, the Wellness Manager will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with both guests and staff. Qualifications Health & Wellness experience Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Budgeting for wellness programs Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Knowledge of Ayurvedic, Naturopathy and alternative therapies is a plus Bachelor's degree Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives that support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and identify areas for improvement. Partner with other departments, such as HR and Safety, to ensure that wellness programs align with company policies and procedures. Track and report on key metrics related to the success of wellness programs, including guests participation rates and program impact on health outcomes. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in wellness, and make recommendations for incorporating new initiatives into the company's programs.
