Wellness Manager

Role Overview

The Wellness Manager will be responsible for leading the integrated wellness operations at Atmantan Wellness Resort. This role requires a qualified doctor with expertise in holistic healthcare who can design and supervise personalized wellness programs, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure world-class guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Program Management

• Design and supervise individualized wellness programs (detox, Ayurveda, naturopathy, yoga, weight management, fitness, physiotherapy, etc.).
• Conduct medical and wellness consultations for guests and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with dieticians, therapists, physiotherapists, yoga instructors, and fitness trainers to ensure program effectiveness.
• Address guest concerns and ensure consistent guest satisfaction and safety.

Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead and manage a team of doctors, therapists, dieticians, and fitness experts.
• Plan and optimize daily therapy schedules and consultant availability.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high professional and service standards.
• Track and improve key operational metrics such as therapist utilization, therapy slot usage, and guest compliance with prescribed programs.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure clinical safety and adherence to healthcare protocols.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and service delivery.
• Regularly review and audit therapies and consultations for quality and accuracy.

Strategic & Business Contribution

• Upgrade and innovate wellness offerings in line with Atmantan’s philosophy and global wellness trends.
• Work with management and sales teams to promote and position wellness programs.
• Support in planning and execution of new projects and Atmantan’s future expansion.

Qualifications & Experience

• BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) or BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences) – mandatory.
• Minimum 10–12 years of clinical/wellness experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role in wellness resorts, hospitals, or integrative healthcare setups.
• Strong knowledge of holistic therapies, integrative medicine, nutrition, and fitness.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and guest relationship management skills.
