Role Description

As a Senior Wellness Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our spa, focusing on the delivery of exceptional health and wellness services. This full-time on-site role situated in Kolkata involves managing and supervising wellness programs, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiency. Key responsibilities also include staff training, scheduling, managing budgets, and collaborating with the team to ensure the highest standards of service and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Health & Wellness with the ability to design and implement customized wellness programs
• 2-5 years in Customer Service and Wellness to ensure excellent client experiences and enhance team well-being.
• Proficiency in Communication for interacting effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of financial management to oversee daily operations and ensure profitability
• Proven leadership and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to maintaining exceptional standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Wellness Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous management experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality sector is an advantage

Remuneration

• Upto Rs 35k per month, performance bonus will be extra

Working Hours

• 11 am- 9 pm( One day weekly off)
