As a Spa and Wellness Manager, you will oversee daily spa operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, developing wellness programs, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety within the spa. Qualifications Health & Wellness skills Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in the spa or wellness industry is a plus Leadership and team management abilities Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
