Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Spa Manager at our location in Kolkata. The Senior Spa Manager will oversee day-to-day spa operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing spa services, supervising staff, scheduling, handling customer inquiries, managing budgets, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Spa Management skills with min of 5+ years of experience overseeing spa operations
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Budgeting skills
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Remuneration

• Upto Rs 40K a month + Incentives on achieving targets

Working hours

• 11 am to 9 pm ( Weekly off 1 day)

Conditions: Candidates who successfully clear the interview process will undergo a 7-day trial period( Paid basis) before confirmation.
