Experience: Minimum 7 years as a Spa Manager

Key Requirements

Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Spa Manager in luxury wellness or hospitality environments.

Experience working with multiple Hyatt properties is highly preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.

In-depth knowledge of spa and wellness operations, international service standards, and guest experience excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day spa and wellness operations.

Ensure service delivery aligns with international five-star standards.

Recruit, train, and mentor team members to maintain operational excellence.

Oversee budgets, revenue targets, and inventory control.

Uphold the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
