Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Spa Manager, located in Kolkata. The Senior Spa Manager will oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring exemplary customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing the spa team, budgeting, maintaining high standards of skin care, and promoting services. The role also involves developing and implementing spa policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spa Management, including scheduling and operational oversight
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning for spa operations
• Knowledge of Skin Care and spa treatment techniques
• Exceptional leadership and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous

Remuneration

• Upto Rs 30k per month. Sales incentives will be paid extra

Working hours

• 11 am-9 pm( 6 days a week)
