Job Description: Lead Nurturing Executive Location: Noida Organization: Aurum Senior Assisted Living We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Nurturing Executive to join our team at Aurum Senior Assisted Living. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage incoming leads effectively—filtering out relevant inquiries, initiating the first conversation, appropriately tagging leads in the system, and assigning them to the respective Sales Executives for further engagement. This role requires strong communication skills and prior experience in a call centre or customer service environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Qualification & Filtering: Review and evaluate incoming leads to identify relevance and suitability. Tag and categorize leads in the CRM system for easy tracking and reporting. 2. Initial Engagement: Establish the first point of contact with potential leads via phone calls, emails, or messaging. Share introductory information about Aurum Senior Assisted Living services. 3. Lead Management: Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Executives for follow-up. Ensure timely and accurate handover of lead details to the sales team. 4. Database & Reporting: Maintain updated records of all interactions in the CRM/lead management system. Generate basic reports on lead status, quality, and conversion pipeline. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead flow. Share feedback on lead quality and recurring trends. Requirements Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a call centre, telecalling, or lead management role. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tagging processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Personality Traits: Proactive and customer-oriented. Organized and disciplined in maintaining lead data.
