Lead Nurturing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Qualification & Filtering:

• Review and evaluate incoming leads to identify relevance and suitability.
• Tag and categorize leads in the CRM system for easy tracking and reporting.

2. Initial Engagement:

• Establish the first point of contact with potential leads via phone calls, emails, or messaging.
• Share introductory information about Aurum Senior Assisted Living services.

3. Lead Management:

• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Executives for follow-up.
• Ensure timely and accurate handover of lead details to the sales team.

4. Database & Reporting:

• Maintain updated records of all interactions in the CRM/lead management system.
• Generate basic reports on lead status, quality, and conversion pipeline.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead flow.
• Share feedback on lead quality and recurring trends.

Requirements

• Education:

   Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• Experience:

   2–3 years of experience in a call centre, telecalling, or lead management role.

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tagging processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

• Personality Traits:

• Proactive and customer-oriented.
• Organized and disciplined in maintaining lead data.
• Team player with problem-solving mindset.
