Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning:

● Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals. ● Identify growth opportunities through market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Sales, Product and Design) to ensure unified messaging and execution.


2. Campaign Management:

● Plan and run integrated B2B marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications.

● Run Ads through Meta Ads

● Create segmented user journeys tailored by the company and its industry, and user behaviour.

● Design and manage landing pages, forms, email templates, and lead-nurturing workflows.

● Drive retention campaigns for QubeHealth App Users.


3. Marketing Automation & Performance:

● Use platforms like WebEngage, Gupshup and Mixpanel to automate campaigns and track user engagement.

● Monitor campaign performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and pipeline impact.

● Ensure database hygiene to maintain deliverability and reduce churn.

● Use analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign outcomes along with the Data Management Team.


4. Content & Media:

● Oversee the design and content to ensure consistency on social media platforms and to maintain user experience.

● Ideate and execute product demo videos, employee interviews, and QubeHealth stories for digital media.

● Coordinate with the design team for social media management and visual content creation.


Expectations:

  • 1 to 2 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital and campaign marketing.
  • Proven experience in B2B campaign execution/ marketing automation, and/or Digital Marketing.
  • Proficiency with WebEngage, Gupshup, Mixpanel, Zoho CRM, and Meta and Google Ads.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good to have proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferred Mumbai-based candidates.
