About the Company:

Role Overview:

The Marketing & Brand Manager will lead all marketing initiatives — from digital campaigns and brand communication to on-ground activations — aimed at building a strong brand presence and driving sales for Adinath Buildwell’s projects.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Building & Strategy

  • Develop and implement brand positioning and communication strategies across all platforms.
  • Manage brand identity, visual guidelines, and creative content to ensure consistency.
  • Plan and execute launch campaigns for new real estate projects.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for creatives, PR, and event management.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Design and execute paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.) to generate quality leads.
  • Manage social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) — content planning, posting, and engagement.
  • Oversee website development, SEO, SEM, and analytics tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI.

3. Marketing Collaterals & Content

  • Create brochures, flyers, hoardings, and digital creatives aligned with the brand theme.
  • Develop video content, testimonials, and walkthroughs for online promotion.
  • Coordinate photo/video shoots for ongoing and upcoming projects.

4. Offline & On-Ground Marketing

  • Plan and execute property exhibitions, on-site branding, and local events.
  • Build tie-ups with channel partners, influencers, and corporate clients.
  • Ensure marketing materials are available and updated across all project sites.

5. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitor analysis, market trends, and customer insights to drive strategy.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and present to management.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Management.
  • 4–8 years of experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics tools, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment.
