Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the society/club, including staff management, facilities, and services
  • Plan and execute events, recreational activities, and member engagement programs
  • Ensure high standards of service, safety, and facility maintenance
  • Handle member/resident feedback and ensure smooth conflict resolution
  • Manage inventory, vendors, and operational budgets
  • Lead a team to deliver world-class hospitality experiences


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in

    hospitality, club management, or premium residential society management

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Event planning and facility management experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management (preferred)
