As we grow, we’re looking for a creative marketing professional who can help us build a strong, lasting brand — not just chase sales targets. Role Objective: To plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, reputation, and engagement across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement brand marketing strategies aligned with company goals Manage digital presence across platforms – website, social media, Google, etc. Collaborate with designers, content writers, and vendors to execute campaigns Plan and run non-sales campaigns such as project launches, awareness drives, or lifestyle branding Organize offline branding activities like events, exhibitions, hoardings, and site branding Monitor campaign results, analyze performance, and suggest improvements Ensure brand consistency in tone, look, and message across all channels Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field 0–2 years of experience in brand marketing (Real estate experience is a plus) Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Canva, etc.) Excellent communication, content, and presentation skills Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines What We Offer: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the brand of a fast-growing real estate company A dynamic and supportive work culture Learning opportunities across branding, digital media, and offline campaigns Show more Show less
