Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Specialist located at our office in Noida, Sector 63. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives. The role requires active collaboration across departments, creative problem-solving, and a proactive approach to ensuring client satisfaction and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to develop targeted promotional plans and analyze market trends.
• Sales skills and the ability to contribute to achieving revenue goals and building client relationships.
• A proactive and collaborative work approach with excellent organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event management or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
