Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to achieve business growth. The role involves negotiating contracts, coordinating with the events team, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to create and implement strategic plans for business growth
• Knowledge of the event management industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in event management is a plus
