Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Department Specialist based in Noida. The Marketing Department Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members to design and execute campaigns, analyzing market trends, and maintaining positive client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development
• Expertise in Sales and client relationship management
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to dynamic requirements
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using marketing and CRM tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
