Marketing Specialist

As a creative marketing professional at Adinath Buildwell Pvt Ltd, your role involves planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and engagement across all platforms. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing brand marketing strategies aligned with company goals, managing the digital presence across various platforms, and collaborating with designers, content writers, and vendors to execute campaigns. You will also be responsible for planning and running non-sales campaigns such as project launches, awareness drives, or lifestyle branding, as well as organizing offline branding activities like events, exhibitions, hoardings, and site branding. Additionally, you will be required to monitor campaign results, analyze performance, and suggest improvements, while ensuring brand consistency in tone, look, and message across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in brand marketing (Real estate experience is a plus). Strong understanding of digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Canva is essential, along with excellent communication, content, and presentation skills. A creative mindset with an eye for design and detail, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines, are also important qualities for this role.
