We’re growing—and we’re looking for a Grant Writer with strong Odoo/ERP experience and excellent English communication skills to join our global team. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role for someone who can manage multiple client projects, draft compelling proposals, and track deliverables using Odoo. Key Responsibilities Research and identify relevant grant opportunities. Write persuasive and well-structured proposals tailored to each client. Prepare comprehensive project plans and budgets for grant submissions. Use Odoo to manage tasks, timelines, and documentation. Collaborate with our internal and client teams across time zones. Required Skills and Experience University degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business, nonprofit management, public administration, communications). Minimum 2 years of experience in grant/proposal writing. Minimum 2 years of experience using Odoo or another ERP system. Strong project planning and budget development skills. Fluent spoken and written English (this is essential). Ability to work full-time during 7 AM – 3 PM Canada time (EST/EDT). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator.
