Grant Writer with Odoo Experience

Work with a Global Team | Contract Position

Working Hours: 7 AM 3 PM Canada (EST/EDT)

Compensation: $1,000 CAD/month

This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role for someone who can manage multiple client projects, draft compelling proposals, and track deliverables using Odoo.

• Research and identify relevant grant opportunities.
• Write persuasive and well-structured proposals tailored to each client.
• Prepare comprehensive project plans and budgets for grant submissions.
• Use Odoo to manage tasks, timelines, and documentation.
• Collaborate with our internal and client teams across time zones.

• University degree or higher

  in a relevant field (e.g., business, nonprofit management, public administration, communications).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in grant/proposal writing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Odoo or another ERP system.
• Strong project planning and budget development skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English (this is essential).
• Ability to work full-time during 7 AM 3 PM Canada time (EST/EDT).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator.
