Position Overview:

MBA Fresher in Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Support content creation for digital, email, and print marketing
• Conduct competitor research and customer behavior analysis
• Coordinate with design, content, and technical teams for campaign assets
• Track marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
• Help organize promotional events, webinars, and brand activities
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital and offline marketing

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media, and email marketing
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite is a plus
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team

Educational Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing
• Internship or academic project experience in marketing is a plus
• Certification in Digital Marketing or related tools (preferred but not mandatory)
