Dream a Dozen is an Indian Gourmet Gifting company obsessed with flavour, design, and making people smile. From corporate celebrations to personal milestones, we create gourmet gift hampers that feel as good as they taste.

Powered by an all-women kitchen and a passion for excellence, we've partnered with 200+ amazing brands including Goldman Sachs, WeWork, Medi Assist and many more to serve them across the country.

We work with agencies for video production, influencer partnerships, WhatsApp tools, and more. We’re looking for someone in-house who can own the brand direction and help us attract more leads, customers, and fans and be the face of the brand for the different agencies we work with.

Who we're looking for:

If you’re someone who geeks out over flavours, aesthetics, and brand storytelling then this role is for you. We want a marketing associate who loves food, understands culture, and enjoys building brands that have heart. Having work experience in F&B is a big plus point.

What you'll do:

• Dream up fun campaign concepts, scripts, and stories for social, WhatsApp, and email.
• Plan and coordinate shoots that capture both our products and their personality.
• Manage post-production — thumbnails, captions, schedules, story reposts…the whole shebang.
• Create good-looking catalogues, posters, and marketing creatives on Canva.
• Upload and manage content across Shopify, Amazon, and Linktree.
• Track analytics across all channels and help us understand what works.
• Maintain brand consistency across everything (yes, even the tiny details).

What you'll need:

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content, or creative roles (bonus points if you’ve grown a D2C brand before!).
• Strong writing chops and a love for storytelling.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and campaign tools.
• An eye for design and a love for clean, beautiful aesthetics.

Good to know:

• This is an 

  on-site role

   at our J.P. Nagar, 7th Phase kitchen & office, because magic happens when we create together.

• 5.5 day work week.

• You’ll be very close to a constant supply of delicious bakes. Just saying.
