Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents. Understand students' career needs and guide them toward suitable programs. Explain course offerings, eligibility, fees, and admission process. Convert inquiries into walk-ins and walk-ins into enrollments. Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure successful conversions. Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, feedback, and conversions in CRM. Participate in promotional activities like seminars, webinars, and events. Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent). Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Friendly, persuasive, and student-focused attitude. Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets. Passionate about counseling and student success.
