Admission Counselor

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding and supporting prospective students throughout the admission process. This role involves counselling, lead management, explaining course details, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring successful enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counselling & Guidance

• Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, and career opportunities.
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Provide accurate information about admissions, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and processes.

2. Lead Management

• Handle inquiries via walk-ins, calls, emails, and social media.
• Convert incoming leads into admissions through proper follow-up.
• Maintain CRM records and update student details regularly.

3. Admission Process

• Guide students through application forms, documentation, and fee payments.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
• Track admission status and ensure timely completion of formalities.

4. Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, demos, and campus tours.
• Assist in marketing activities, events, and student outreach programs.

5. Communication & Relationship Management

• Build rapport with students and parents.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain satisfaction.
• Address queries, doubts, and concerns professionally.
