Unnati School is looking for a **confident, well-spoken, and motivated Admission Counsellor** to join our team. As the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, you will play a vital role in presenting the school's values, academic offerings, and admission process. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will directly influence enrollment success and the school's reputation.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to admission inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
* Provide complete and clear information about school programs, curriculum, fee structure, and policies.* Guide students and parents throughout the entire admission process.* Maintain follow-up communication with potential applicants.* Organize and conduct school tours for prospective families.* Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions.* Collaborate with the school team to ensure a seamless admission experience.* Assist in organizing admission events and promotional activities.* Generate periodic admission reports and updates for school leadership.

### **Qualifications**

**Education:**

* A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
* Certification in counselling, sales, or communication is a plus.

**Experience:**

* Prior experience in admission counselling, front desk, or customer service roles is preferred.

**Skills:**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in English and basic computer applications is **mandatory**.* Well-organized with excellent follow-up skills.* Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity.* Professional and welcoming demeanor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
