Admission Counselor

Toronto Global Academy is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Admissions Sales Officer to manage and grow K–12 student enrollments across India. This role is ideal for experienced education sales professionals who excel in a performance-based environment and are comfortable working on a fully commission-driven structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete admissions and enrollment cycle for K–12 programs.
• Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to meet monthly and annual enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, schools, educational counselors, and recruitment partners.
• Conduct consultations, follow-ups, and counseling sessions for prospective students and parents.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support webinars, recruitment campaigns, and promotional events.
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and regular performance updates to management.
• Represent the academy professionally while ensuring high-quality service and accurate information.
• Work independently and manage your own pipeline and schedule in a remote setup.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of proven experience in K–12 student recruitment or admissions.
• Minimum 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Indian K–12 education landscape.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding enrollment targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage leads, and deliver results in a remote environment.
