We specialize in career counseling, job placement, skill development, and mentoring programs. Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students and clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into walk-ins or admissions. Key Responsibilities: Call potential students/clients from the provided database. Provide detailed information about courses, services, and career guidance offerings. Follow up with interested candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Maintain daily call logs and update the CRM. Schedule appointments and walk-ins for counselors. Assist in lead generation campaigns and outreach programs. Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions. Required Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English. Polite and confident telephone manner. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.
