Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Associate located in Faridabad. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, managing marketing projects, supporting social media activities, and developing and executing marketing strategies. They will work closely with teams to drive brand awareness, assist in crafting marketing campaigns, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth. The role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and effective communication to meet business objectives.

• Experience in Market Research to analyze trends and customer behavior
• Skills in Marketing to devise and implement effective strategies
• Proficiency in Project Management to coordinate and execute campaigns effectively
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
