Key Responsibilities

Digital Content & Social Media

• Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Track post performance, audience engagement, and trending topics.
• Support the marketing team in community interactions and social media responses.

Campaign Execution

• Assist in planning, launching, and analysing digital and email marketing campaigns.
• Support A/B testing, performance reporting, and campaign optimisation efforts.

Market Research & Analysis

• Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behaviour.
• Provide insights to shape marketing and positioning strategies.

Website & SEO

• Manage website content updates and basic SEO improvements.
• Collaborate on blog posts, landing pages, and visual assets.

Event Support

• Coordinate webinars, product demos, and community events.
• Manage promotions, registrations, and post-event follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing experience.
• Master’s degree in marketing, mass communication, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Proactive, detail-orientated, and creative in problem-solving.

Bonus Skills

• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Basic design experience using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Video editing skills (optional but preferred).
