Job Description of Sales & Marketing. Position: Sales & Marketing Executive Location:Andheri Industry: Real Estate. Key Responsibilities Sales: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities. Meet sales targets by promoting products/services to potential clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Manage digital marketing activities (social media, email, SEO, etc.). Create promotional materials and support brand visibility. Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in Sales and/or Marketing roles. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and marketing strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
