Role Overview:

The Dean will be responsible for providing academic leadership, strategic direction, and administrative oversight for the respective faculty/department. The position demands a strong commitment to teaching, research, student development, and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide visionary leadership and set academic and research priorities for the faculty.2. Oversee curriculum design, implementation, and continuous improvement.3. Foster a culture of research, innovation, and consultancy within the department.4. Guide faculty in obtaining funded research projects and collaborations.5. Mentor and evaluate faculty members, ensuring academic quality and compliance with UGC norms.6. Build strong industry, academic, and community partnerships.7. Promote student welfare, academic integrity, and inclusiveness.8. Contribute to the university's overall strategy and growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Ph.D. with eligibility for Professor designation.
• Minimum 11 years of teaching/research experience, including at least 3 years as Associate Professor.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and proven record of academic excellence.
• Experience in consultancy and externally funded research projects.
• Strong command over English communication.
