Role Description

The Marketing & Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting the organization’s marketing and operational activities, including lead generation, client communication, data management, and coordination between internal teams. The role involves managing calls, creating leads, maintaining records, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns. The intern will gain hands-on experience in business operations, client handling, and strategic marketing execution.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Communication: Manage inbound and outbound calls to potential clients, maintain communication records, and generate leads through various platforms such as social media, calls, and referrals.

2. Marketing Coordination: Support the marketing team in campaign execution, content coordination, and digital outreach activities to improve brand visibility and lead conversion.

3. Operations Support: Assist in daily operational tasks, including scheduling, documentation, database management, and process coordination across departments.

4. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct basic research on competitors, market trends, and customer needs to support marketing and business development initiatives.

5. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for lead generation, campaign results, and operational efficiency.

Coordination & Team Support: Collaborate with internal teams for smooth workflow and timely completion of deliverables related to marketing and operations.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel, and Google Sheets.

4. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

6. Ability to manage calls professionally and handle clients with confidence.
