Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Marketing and Operations Intern, you will support the daily functions of the marketing and operations teams while gaining practical industry experience. You will play a key role in assisting with the execution of marketing strategies and operational workflows for our programs and events.

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing content for social media platforms.
• Support email marketing campaigns, and promotional communications with day-to-day follow-ups.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Assist with branding and promotional initiatives for new course launches and event
• Assist in managing student registrations, inquiries, and onboarding.
• Maintain and organize operational records, attendance, and reports.
• Support quality control processes and feedback collection for continuous improvement.
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day administration of the academy’s programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Event Management, Communications, or related field.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
