Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end program operations, including tasks such as onboarding, scheduling, communication, and placements. - Design and enhance processes to ensure smooth program delivery. - Monitor learner progress and performance to guarantee a high-quality learning experience. - Collaborate with mentors, industry partners, and placement teams effectively. - Assist in developing scalable systems for upcoming program batches. - Undertake ownership of special projects focused on growth and learner success. Qualifications: - Final-year student or recent graduate. - Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken. - Demonstrates organizational skills, proactiveness, and a problem-solving mindset. - Comfortable with utilizing digital tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, etc. Additional Details: Jari is Spark Studios" skill-building program tailored for college graduates and young professionals, aiming to enhance sales skills and facilitate placements in leading startups and companies.
