Business Operations Intern

As an Operations Intern at Spark Studios" Jari program, your primary role will involve hands-on experience in program and operations management within a fast-growing edtech startup. You will have the opportunity to lead initiatives that directly impact student outcomes, gaining exposure to sales, training, and placement processes at scale. Additionally, you will be eligible for a stipend of up to 15,000/month with the possibility of a full-time offer based on your performance after the internship. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end program operations, including onboarding, scheduling, communication, and placements. - Design and enhance processes to ensure smooth program delivery. - Monitor learner progress, performance, and facilitate a positive learning experience. - Collaborate with mentors, industry partners, and placement teams. - Contribute to the development of scalable systems for future program cycles. - Take ownership of special projects focused on growth and learner success. Qualifications: - Final-year student or recent graduate. - Proficient in English communication (written & spoken). - Organized, proactive, and adept at problem-solving. - Comfortable working with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, etc. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, Spark Studios" Jari program aims to provide skill-building opportunities for college graduates and young professionals.
