The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top talent for SAP roles, a deep understanding of SAP technologies, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The SAP Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various SAP positions within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Recruiting: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top SAP talent. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future SAP openings. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Evaluate and provide feedback on candidate suitability. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their applications. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and metrics to HR and management teams. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP recruitment. Participate in networking events, conferences, and professional organizations to expand recruitment knowledge and network. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on SAP roles. In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and technologies. Strong sourcing skills and experience with various recruitment tools and platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification or relevant technical training. Experience recruiting for large-scale SAP implementations or upgrades.
