Business Operations Intern

Role Summary

The intern will work closely with the Category Head and assist in day-to-day business operations. This role involves cross-department coordination, MIS support, follow-ups, and basic social media handling. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to how an EdTech business runs end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the reporting manager in all daily operational and coordination tasks

* Support MIS updates, data tracking, and report preparation

* Coordinate with Sales, Academics, Mentors, Finance, and Marketing teams

* Follow up on tasks, updates, and pending actions across departments

* Support student onboarding, class tracking, and internal documentation

* Assist in handling social media platforms

* Help with ad-hoc tasks related to operations, growth, and process improvement

Who Can Apply

* Any graduate/Post graduate

* Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets

* Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook)

* Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
