Jari is Spark Studio’s new skill-building program for college graduates and young professionals. It helps learners develop sales skills and get placed in top startups and companies.

Role: Operations Intern (6 Months Internship)
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to own and streamline the operations of the Jari program. Beyond managing day-to-day tasks, you will be at the heart of shaping processes, driving learner experience, and contributing directly to the success of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end program operations including onboarding, scheduling, communication, and placements.
• Design and improve processes for smooth program delivery.
• Track learner progress, performance, and ensure a great learning experience.
• Coordinate with mentors, industry partners, and placement teams.
• Contribute to building scalable systems for future program batches.
• Take ownership of special projects related to growth and learner success.
