Role Overview

As a Market Research Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data to support key business decisions. Your insights will play a critical role in identifying trends, understanding customer needs, and shaping product and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative market research
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and industry developments
• Design and manage surveys, focus groups, and other research tools
• Interpret complex data sets and turn them into easy-to-understand insights
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
• Track competitor activity and report on strategic opportunities
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and strategy teams to inform decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in market research, analytics, or similar roles
• Proficiency with research and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics, Google Forms, or SurveyMonkey
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
