Role Overview:

Client Servicing cum Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager



Key Responsibilities

·       Analyze RFP/Tender documents to assess scope and requirements.

·   Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop impactful concepts, themes, and 3D visualizations.

·       Create and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to client objectives.

·       Coordinate end-to-end event execution, including logistics, budgeting, and timelines, in sync with the production team.

·       Build and maintain relationships with government departments, corporate clients, and strategic industry partners.

·       Lead communication with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and government authorities.

·       Support the preparation of technical and financial proposals for tenders and EOIs.

·       Manage documentation: MoUs, compliance papers, and official communications.

·       Maintain project trackers, checklists, and status reports for real-time updates.

·       Oversee vendor and supplier engagement while ensuring cost-efficiency and quality.

·       Respond promptly to last-minute changes or issues during event execution with sound judgment and decision-making.




Education:

·       Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.

Experience:

·       5–8 years in client servicing/account management within the event management industry.

Mandatory:

Skills:

·       Strong understanding of government processes, compliance, and tendering.

·       Expertise in event planning, budgeting, and execution.

·       Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

·       High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.

·       Strong presentation skills, relationship-building, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
