Manager/Lead – Business Process Excellence

Role Description

Hero Future Energies (HFE) is seeking a dynamic, structured, and forward-thinking professional to lead our Business Process Excellence & Governance charter. This role is central to strengthening organizational maturity by driving SOP governance, process standardization, digitization and automation initiatives, Gen-AI adoption, change management, and comprehensive KPI governance, while enabling long-term ISO readiness across all functions.

The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, digital platform owners, and senior leadership to ensure HFE’s processes are efficient, automated, scalable, well-governed, and consistently followed. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong cross-functional influence, deep process excellence expertise, and a passion for enabling digital transformation at scale.

Qualifications

• MBA in Operations/Business Excellence/Strategy or related fields (preferred)
• 4–8 years of experience in Business Process Management, Digital Transformation, Business Excellence, or Management Consulting
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or consulting sectors preferred
• Demonstrated track record of delivering process digitization, automation, or workflow governance initiatives

Key Responsibilities

(1) Process Governance, SOP Management & ISO Readiness

o  Drive end-to-end SOP, policy, and process documentation with strong version control and periodic reviews.

o  Lead ISO readiness efforts, gap assessments & liaison with internal audit team

o  Ensure consistent adherence to standards, process compliance, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions

(2) Process Improvement, Change Management & Training

o  Lead process mapping, optimization and standardization initiatives to design scalable workflows

o  Drive change management using structured methodologies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems

o  Develop and conduct training, communication, and enablement programs for processes, platforms, and new tools

Automation, Digitization & Gen-AI Enablement

o  Identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation, digitization, and Gen-AI opportunities across business functions

o  Collaborate with IT/Transformation teams to design, deploy and implement digital and automation solutions.

o  Track and report value delivered via digital and AI-driven initiatives

KPI Governance, Performance Management & Strategic Initiatives

o  Define, standardize, and maintain enterprise-wide KPIs with an emphasis on data integrity and dashboard-driven insights

o  Lead governance forums and periodic business reviews focused on process and operational performance

o  Support enterprise-level strategic initiatives including digital transformation, business excellence, and organizational improvement programs.
