Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi as a Zonal Head for Solar Projects O&M at Hero Future Energies. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of solar projects within the designated zone, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of the assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar project operations and maintenance
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Project management certification is a plus
• Experience working in the renewable energy industry is preferred
