Your Dual Role: Strategic Leadership & Active Contribution: Elite Talent Acquisition & Strategic Sourcing: Personally drive the sourcing and placement of critical IT roles, utilizing advanced techniques like Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, and targeted networking. Develop and implement cutting-edge talent acquisition frameworks, leveraging analytics from platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, online platforms, and other sources. Proactively build and maintain strategic talent pipelines, anticipating future hiring needs, including bulk, leadership, and critical hiring scenarios. High-Performance Team Leadership & Productivity Management: Directly lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition consultants, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing support. Actively monitor team productivity and output, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality candidates. Implement strategies to optimize team performance and drive continuous improvement. Ensure daily targets are met, and provide hands-on support. Strategic Client Partnership & Market Intelligence: Provide expert counsel to senior leadership and key clients on talent market trends and strategic hiring initiatives within the IT sector, including leadership hiring. Leverage deep market intelligence to advise on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and effective hiring strategies. Act as a trusted advisor, managing client relationships and resolving complex talent acquisition challenges. Operational Excellence & Technological Mastery: Drive the implementation and optimization of advanced ATS systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflow management. Utilize sophisticated reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights on recruitment performance, including bulk hiring metrics. Champion the adoption of cutting-edge recruitment technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Brand Elevation & Strategic Expansion: Elevate our firm's employer brand, attracting top-tier talent acquisition professionals and solidifying our reputation as an industry leader. Develop and execute strategic expansion plans, identifying new talent markets and opportunities for growth, including bulk and leadership hiring initiatives. Your Expert Arsenal: 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience, with a proven track record of both individual contribution and team management. Demonstrated mastery of advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray searching, and social media recruitment. Expert-level proficiency in utilizing Indian job portals (Naukri, Indeed),LinkedIn etc. Extensive experience in managing and optimizing ATS systems and recruitment analytics, including bulk hiring data. Proven ability to build, lead, and directly contribute to high-performing talent acquisition teams. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of the Indian/Global market and industry trends, including leadership hiring. Strong experience in managing remote teams and individual contributors. Proven record of driving team productivity and output, including bulk hiring. A strategic mindset with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
