Job Description

VB Network

1) Expansion/optimization in line with sales & call load, HO plan

2) Manpower (technicians) planning at SF

3) Ensure SF MSL at all SF’s doing VB calls , Ensure Branch MSL

                 Is maintained, Plan for additional Sf, Branch MSL

4) Timely GRN of defective parts and SF inventory audit

Service Delivery

1) Aging calls (2+ NP, 7+ Part, 21+calls must be zero)

2) Repeat repair analysis & reduction

Dealer

1) 100% visit to VB dealers (once in 2 months) & monthly PJP    compliance by branch ASM's.  Follow NDC process

2) Resolution/Sales of VB dealer defectives within 30 days.

Product

1) VB product quality feedback to HO.

2) New product & technical/CRM  refresher training to SF

3) Random audits for gas charging calls & defective parts.

Revenue

1)     AMC Sales as per HO Target

2)     Accessories Sale as per HO Target
