You will be the force that converts Axestrack’s strong industry presence into deeper strategic advantage. You’ll uncover new opportunities within specific industries (like cement, metals, auto, FMCG), design innovative digital solutions around them, and lead their on-ground implementation to create high-impact success stories — stories that become the blueprint for scaling Axestrack’s next wave of growth.
This is not a routine product or consulting role — this is where you’ll personally shape how logistics transformation is experienced on a scale where logistics operations top 50,000 Crores in expenses with over 2 lakh trucks.
• Unlock new revenue streams by identifying white-space opportunities within high-value industry segments.
• Demonstrate measurable business impact — cost savings, faster turnaround, better visibility, or automation gains.
• Shape new product directions that expand Axestrack’s portfolio.
• Create flagship success stories that reinforce Axestrack’s leadership in digital logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Study logistics workflows, pain points, and efficiency gaps within assigned industries.
• Build a structured roadmap of high-impact digital opportunities.
• Translate operational problems into scalable digital workflows and implementation plans.
• Lead pilot implementations from concept to success metrics.
• Convert pilot learnings into repeatable commercial offerings and GTM content.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account teams for smooth execution.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategy and implementation, large-scale digital transformation, or B2B product development.
• Proven record of leading transformation initiatives or pilot projects that delivered real impact.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, conceptual, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to move seamlessly between strategy rooms and shop floors — from defining the “why” to delivering the “how.”
• Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or technology-led transformation preferred.
• Experience with SaaS, IoT, or analytics-based solutions is an advantage.
• Strong technical aptitude and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an MBA from leading B-Schools will be preferred.
• Deliver 1–2 validated, ROI-backed digital pilots within assigned industries.
• Generate measurable success stories demonstrating logistics impact.
• Translate at least one pilot into a repeatable, scalable solution.
• Establish Axestrack as the go-to digital partner for logistics transformation in the assigned sector.
