Manager Strategic Partnerships

We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team full-time in Gurgaon. This is not your typical BD role — it’s structured, insight-driven, and focused on building long-term demand-side partnerships across fintech, crypto, gaming, and D2C. If you enjoy combining research, strategy, and relationship-building to drive real impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential partners across fintech, crypto, gaming, and D2C
• Drive outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Lead conversations with brand and agency stakeholders, from first pitch to deal closure
• Handle the full cycle: research → outreach → pitch → negotiation → onboarding → activation → relationship growth
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure flawless execution
• Retain and expand partnerships through consistent engagement
• Monitor performance and market trends to unlock new opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, client strategy, or digital product/service sales
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Comfort with high-ticket deals (₹5L+/month)
• Hands-on familiarity with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Preferred backgrounds:
• Digital Marketing / AdTech / Online Media
• Fintech / Investment / Digital Banking
• A self-driven, strategic thinker with a partnership-first mindset
